The NHS is a free resources. Although it can take additional time, it is by far the cheapest and most readily available option.

Gender GP
A far more expensive choice, but easily available thanks to Online care is Gender GP. Although they cannot diagnose you, and therefore could mean you could have issues with Gender Marker changes and NHS care down the line, they are a quick and easy stop-gap for your access to HRT in the UK

Probably the most complicated process of all, changing your Gender Marker. Although complicated, this document helps through some of the processes.
